You May Be Wondering….
Both our Guesthouses feature full kitchens with all the dishes and utensils a home needs. Smaller kitchen items for your use include wine glasses, a kettle, toaster, blender, slow cooker, baking sheets, a barbeque with utensils, and basic cooking spices. You may also enjoy our coffee & tea bar, complete with a drip coffee maker, a stocked Keurig for those who need their coffee ASAP, and a grinder and French press-everything the connoisseur needs. In the bathroom we provide the basics (shampoo, conditioner, towels, and toiletries) so if you forget anything we’ve got you covered! Each of our guesthouses have a smart TV with Apple TV, Wi-Fi, and complimentary Netflix. Both properties are equipped with central air conditioning for the hot summer months, have front-load laundry machines for your use, and provide off-street parking.
We do not provide meals but can make great recommendations of what’s available in the area for eating out and/or buying groceries. We also do not provide daily housekeeping service but supply generous amounts of linens and household supplies for your stay.
Well-behaved pets are welcome in the backyard and only allowed inside at the back door in a crate or on a mat, not throughout the house, and a $25 pet fee will be applied. You are responsible for the supervision of your pet and cleaning up after them – additional charges will be applied for damages or extra cleaning due to pets.
We have family-friendly items for all ages; children’s toys and books, puzzles, coloring pages, and games. We can also have a pack-and-play crib as well as a highchair there at your request.
We offer self-check-in (our entry doors have a numeric keypad) for all our guests unless you request otherwise. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am unless previously discussed.
50% of the rental fee is required to secure the reservation as well as a $200 damage deposit. The rental balance is due 30 days in advance of arrival. No refunds will be given for early departures. More details can be found in the Property Rental Agreement which the guest will be required to sign and return with the initial payment.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
NO smoking is allowed inside the home. If you smoke outside, we ask that you collect your butts and dispose of them or extra cleaning charges will apply.
